On behalf of the Korean PancreatoBiliary Association (KPBA) and the Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the International PancreatoBiliary Meeting (IPBM) 2027, which will be held from April 2 to 3, 2027, at the Grand Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul, Korea. Under the theme "Beyond Innovation, Toward Tomorrow," we look forward to bringing together colleagues from around the world during Korea's beautiful spring season to share knowledge, inspire innovation, and shape the future of pancreatobiliary medicine.

Since its inception, IPBM has continued to evolve into a leading international forum, serving as a platform for clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals dedicated to advancing the field of pancreatobiliary diseases. Building on the strong partnerships established over the years, IPBM 2027 will further strengthen global collaboration through Joint Symposia with our esteemed international partner societies, including EPC, APBA, JBA, JPS, and TIPES, creating valuable opportunities for academic exchange and multidisciplinary cooperation.

Our comprehensive two-day scientific program has been carefully designed to showcase the latest advances in clinical practice, endoscopic innovation, and translational research. Participants will enjoy distinguished plenary and special lectures, state-of-the-art symposia, and the newly introduced World Cup Video Symposium, where outstanding video cases from multiple countries will be presented and discussed. The program will also feature Free Paper and Poster Presentations, along with interactive Experience Zones that provide valuable hands-on learning opportunities. In addition, dedicated International Nursing Sessions and Korean nursing programs will further promote collaborative learning and professional development.
