Submission Guidelines

The IPBM 2026 Scientific Committee invites all interested individuals to submit abstracts for the scientific sessions, where we will share the latest research findings and review challenging and noteworthy cases from around the world.

Abstract Submission Deadline : February 9, 2026

Abstracts may be revised on the website at any time during the submission period. All submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee. Please read the submission guidelines carefully before preparing your abstract.

    If you are already signed-up on this website, you can use the account for your abstract submission.
  • Step 02

    Submit Your Abstract

    Fill out author information and abstract body.
  • Step 03

    Confirmation Letter

    After your abstract submission, a confirmation letter will be sent to you via E-mail.
  • Step 04

    My Page

    To review or modify your submitted abstracts, visit "MY PAGE" until the submission deadline.
  • Step 05

    Acceptance Notification

    An acceptance notification will be sent to you via E-mail.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Submission
    - Submit abstracts online only via the IPBM 2026 website. E-mail, fax, or postal submissions will not be accepted.
    - Submission does not constitute conference registration. Presenters must register separately by the pre-registration deadline.
  • Language & Format
    - All abstracts must be in clear English and submitted as an oral or E-poster presentation.
    - Title: brief (≤120 bytes) and accurately reflecting the content.
    - Structure: Backgrounds/Aims – Methods – Results – Conclusions – Keywords.
  • Length & Files
    - Maximum 2,000 bytes (~300 words).
    - If including tables/images: Up to two files may be included
  • Accuracy
    - Authors are responsible for spelling, grammar, and content accuracy.
    - Include a clear summary of the study’s aim, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Confirmation & Review
    - A confirmation e-mail will be sent after submission. If not received, contact ipbm@conventionpm.com.
    - Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee and may be reassigned to other sessions.
    - Revisions are allowed online until the submission deadline.

Notification of Acceptance

  • All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee following standard review procedures.
  • Notification of acceptance will be sent via email to the presenting author, corresponding author, and submitting author after March 2, 2026.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

  • If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by the pre-registration date, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
  • If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the Secretariat in writing as soon as possible at ipbm@conventionpm.com.
