Registration & Grant Information for Accepted Abstract Presenters

All accepted abstract presenters are required to complete pre-registration by March 13, 2026.
Please review the applicable grant information below.

1. Academic Grant

(1) Accepted Presenters Affiliated with Korean Institutions

• The presenting author must complete online pre-registration by March 13, 2026.

• An Academic Grant of KRW 100,000 will be provided after the conference.

• Failure to complete pre-registration by the deadline may result in cancellation of the presentation.

(2) Accepted Presenters Affiliated with Overseas Institutions

• The presenting author will receive a Free Registration Code as part of the Academic Grant.

• By entering this code during the registration process, the presenter may complete registration free of charge.

• The code:

  • Corresponds to the accepted abstract number

  • Is valid for one-time use only

  • May be used by only one author per abstract for complimentary registration

  • Please ensure the code is used correctly before completing registration.

2. Travel Grant

Travel Grant recipients have been individually notified by email from the Secretariat.

If you have applied for the Travel Grant but have not received a separate notification from us, this indicates that you have not been selected as a Travel Grant awardee.
