  • Your payment status will be changed from ‘Payment needed' to 'Completed' within three weeks of clearance of your payment.
  • After the end of the conference, you can download your receipt from 'My Page'.

Undergraduate Student Free of Charge -
When signing up for IPBM 2026 website, only those who agreed to IPBM International Membership can register with the IPBM member registration fee.
Undergraduate student registration, please send a copy of your student ID to the secretariat. We will send you a code that you need to enter when registering for free If you wish to modify or cancel your registration, please contact the secretariat ipbm@conventionpm.com by March 13, 2025.
  • IPBM 2026 Official Invitation Letters are only provided for the invited faculties and abstract presenters.

Methods of Payment

Full payment must be paid by the deadlines. Confirmation letter will be issued upon the clearance of payment.

Credit Card

  • Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration system.
  • All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants
  • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
  • The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘KCP’.

Bank Transfer

  • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
  • The sender’s name should be the registrant’s name.
  • Please send a copy of the wire transfer slip to the IPBM 2026 Secretariat by e-mail (ipbm@conventionpm.com) after writing the registrant’s name on the bank remittance receipt.
  • Please observe the relevant registration deadlines. Registration fees depend on the date the payment is received in our account and will be adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline.
  • Any bank charges incurred are to be paid by the registrants.

Registration Confirmation

  • Registration confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail right after the completion of online registration (Credit Card).
  • Registration confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks upon making the full payment (Bank Wire Transfer).
  • Registration without complete payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
  • If you do not receive the confirmation letter, please contact the secretariat at ipbm@conventionpm.com

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation can be made via e-mail and must be confirmed by the secretariat.
  • All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.

No refunds will be given after March 13, 2026 (Korea Standard Time).
